Vaughan
Andrewartha
has
18 years'
experience
of working
in PR,
marketing

communications,

qualified
as an
IFA.
Formerly
an executive
director
of Citigate
Dewe
Rogerson,
he left
CDR
to found
Votive
Communications
in 2004.
Vaughan
has
worked
with
a very
diverse
range
of organisations,
from
financial

trade
and
sports
bodies.

Schlaepfer - director
Before

in 2004
Andrea
Schlaepfer
worked
as head
of European
PR for
Schroders.
She
was
previously
a director
at Citigate
Dewe
Rogerson.
Nick
Hadjinikos - consultant
Nick
has
over
20 years'
experience
in public
relations.
He has
worked
for
leading
UK agencies
Edelman
and
Citigate
Dewe
Rogerson
where
he established
the
City's
first
broadcast
PR unit.
He was
also
Head
of PR
for
Europe's
first
Internet
bank,
First-E
and
deputy
head
of PR
for
Visa
International
EMEA.
Richard Hurst - Director
Richard is a well-known PR and marketing professional with extensive knowledge of the UK mortgage sector. Previous roles include Head of Communications at Future Mortgages Ltd, (Citigroup) where he was their representative on the executive committee of IMLA for two years. Prior to this Richard held roles as Marketing Manager at Trigold, and Public Relations Manager for Bank of Ireland Mortgages. Richard founded PR agency RCH Communications in 2004 which now boasts clients across the financial sector which in 2008 was merged with Votive Communications.
Tamsin Hemsley - Senior Account Manager
Tamsin has a background in both financial journalism and public relations. She has edited both consumer and business-to-business titles including What Mortgage, Mortgage Introducer and the Complete Guide to Homebuying. She was also the launch editor for Niche Commercial Finance and Niche Personal Loans. Tamsin has worked as a media relations manager for Nationwide Building Society looking after all aspects of Nationwide’s media strategy, including savings, general insurance and mortgages. While at Nationwide, she was also responsible for the media relations of Nationwide’s intermediary arm and its subsidiary, UCB Home Loans.
