With over 20 years' PR, marketing and
communications experience, Vaughan is one of the founders of
Votive Communications.
Before founding Votive, Vaughan was head of communications
at Frizzell, senior marketing consultant at Norwich Union
and executive director at Citigate Dewe Rodgerson.
Vaughan has worked with a very diverse range of organisations
from financial institutions, charities, consumer, trade and
sports bodies.Vaughan is a qualified IFA and a member of
CIPR, CIDM, MRS and CIM.

Richard is a well-known PR and marketing
professional with extensive knowledge of the UK mortgage sector.
Previous roles include head of communications at Future Mortgages
Ltd (Citigroup), where he was their representative on the
executive comittee of IMLA for two years.
Prior to this, Richard held roles as marketing manager at
TriGold-Crystal, and public relations manager for Bank of
Ireland Mortgages. Richard founded PR agency RCH Communications
in 2004, which boasts clients from across the financial sector.
RCH Communications was merged with Votive in 2008.

Before joining Votive, Tasmyn worked as
an assistant adviser at an IFA firm in Westminster, where she
gained her FPC3 qualification.
Since joining Votive, Tasmyn has shown her natural ability
in PR and now currently looks after Xafinity, Moore Blatch
solicitors, Crown Mortgage Management, 50plusInsurance
Services and Glasgow's International Financial Services District
(IFSD).

Lorna has worked as an Account Executive
with Votive for 4 years.
Prior to this she worked
in marketing and PR administrative roles within
the Media, including property PR and global advertising.
Her current clients include Crisis Survivor,
movewithus and Optilead. She holds a BA Hons
in German and Italian.

Before joining Votive Communications in 2009, Andrew worked
as a freelance consultant for various SMEs. Andrew is currently
a business undergraduate, supplementing his education with
a placement year in industry.

in 2004, Andrea worked as head of European PR for Schroders.
Andrea was a former director at Citigate Dewe Rogerson.

Steve
has over 35 years in corporate public relations and consultancy
with experience in providing strategic communications counselling
and public affairs advice. A former director at Citigate Dewe
Rogerson, Steve has served as head of communications for the
London Boroughs of Brent and Tower Hamlets.
He is also a visiting lecturer of PR and Public Affairs at
the Management School, London Ltd.

Before joining Votive Communications, Simon worked as a
freelance digital strategy consultant for a number of SMEs
before founding the IT firm, CANDAC.

Elizabeth
has worked for a number of national research agencies, predominantly
qualitative, but also has experience in quantitative research.
